Paying
Once the surprise is agreed, you pay in full by bank transfer and get a receipt. Surprise packages are a service, so there is no box of goods and no installments. How to pay
Delivery and cancelling
Delivery works as for our other packages: we send you the fee on WhatsApp, and you pay it when the surprise is delivered. If you cancel, a 30% fee applies to what you have paid and the rest is refunded. See the terms and conditions.
